We’re delighted to have you on board! ScribePro Team provides your organisation with secure recording, storage and analysis of player health information; protecting your athletes, your clinicians, and your organisation.
This onboarding guide outlines your operational controls, supports collaboration between clinicians and prepares you for onward injury reporting responsibilities. Helping to ensure your data processes, reporting standards, and squad structures support the ongoing delivery of athlete care.
Operational Control
Maintain clear oversight of who can access and manage player medical data on behalf of your Association. There are two clinical roles within each squad:
Squad Admin (1 per squad)
The Squad Admin controls access to squad data.
- Administers all user access to athlete records within the squad
- Manages clinician access via the Clinical Team tab
- Sets screening and permission levels for all users
- Deletes athlete profiles when required
Users (unlimited per squad)
Designed for clinicians and staff collaborating on player care.
- Accesses all player records within the squad
- Adds athlete profiles to the squad
- Adds and edit clinical records
- Can transfer athletes between squads
ScribePro Team Access
ScribePro Team is built for both desk-based administration and on-the-move clinical interaction.
Web Portal
Administrative control and reporting hub.

Squad Setup
To make onboarding easier, ScribePro will create your organisation’s squad in the system and invite your lead contact to access it. If you would like to get started on your own, please sign up for your user account on our web portal and create your squad from there.
Each squad can contain up to 35 athletes. Once you have access, you can begin preparing your squad by adding athletes and inviting members of your clinical team to collaborate.
Adding Athletes
There are two simple ways to add athletes to your squad:
Option 01: Add Athletes Directly
Add athletes yourself at any time.
- Quickly add athletes individually via mobile or web
- Update athlete information as required
Option 2: Upload athletes with ScribePro support
If you prefer, ScribePro can assist with adding your full squad.
- You complete a structured athlete template
- ScribePro uploads the athletes to your squad
